While BioAxxis® fingerprint and keyless door locks can be found anywhere from Minnesota to Moscow, BioAxxis Development Corporation is headquartered in Upstate New York. Since 2004, BioAxxis has been doing business from our offices in Syracuse. Even our distribution center is located here.

What that means for our Dealers and Distributors is an unbelievably stress-free buying experience – with all of your resources in one place. And the company owners are actually here if you need them to help you best serve your customers.

And even though BioAxxis®-branded products are shipped throughout the world, the Conway brothers and the entire BioAxxis team take personal responsibility for the smoothness of each transaction. They want their Dealers and Distributors to feel as comfortable as they would in making a local, in-person purchase. Too often in the Manufacturer/Distributor relationship, the human element disappears; but not at BioAxxis. Even though we have grown at 250%+ per year since we opened our doors, those same doors remain wide open to our Dealers and Distributors.

Patrick Conway – President and CEO (founder)

Before founding BioAxxis, Pat worked his entire career in sales and sales leadership positions. Pat and his teams have always performed in the Top 5% with such national firms as ComDoc, Abbott Labs and Bausch & Lomb.


Sean Conway – Executive Vice President (founder)

Before founding BioAxxis, Sean has worked in critical support positions involving IT, customer service and training for such locally recognized firms as Niagara Mohawk, Telergy and Partners in Health.

 
Robert Andrews – VP, Marketing & Business Development

Before joining BioAxxis in 2007, Bob has held leadership positions in marketing and business development for larger firms such as John Hancock and Fidelity Investments as well as smaller firms such as Taxware and the JM Murray Center.


Scott Matukas – Executive Vice President

Before joining BioAxxis in 2008, Scott has enjoyed a highly successful career as a strategic consultant with PriceWaterhouseCoopers and as a corporate, financial and operations leader with Broadview Networks (EVP & CFO) and, most recently, USA Datanet (President & COO)
