NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCT:

BIOAXXIS does not accept any non-defective product returns from DEALER or DEALER’s customer for any reason, including Buyer’s Remorse, except as allowed for or expressly defined in the Authorized Dealer Agreement.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT:

Defective product status will be determined by BIOAXXIS only.

BIOAXXIS determination with respect to such matter of defective or non-defective status (irrespective of DEALER’s or customer’s or other 3rd party’s opinion) shall be final and conclusive in all respects and such determination shall be binding upon DEALER.

If DEALER or customer’s installed product is thought to be defective in any way, customer and/or DEALER should first call 1-877-BIOAXXIS, and BIOAXXIS will first attempt to troubleshoot the problems by phone. In most cases, this resolves the issue. We are not trying to be funny or glib, but most calls stem from lack of customer familiarity with biometric technology, not the technology itself. It really is extremely reliable.

If the problem cannot be resolved by phone, and the installed product is still in its Warranty Period, we will issue DEALER’s customer an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) Number to return the defective product for replacement or repair as determined necessary by BIOAXXIS staff. This RMA Number needs to be clearly displayed on the shipping box or the package will be returned to customer. Once BIOAXXIS has received any Returned Merchandise with the RMA Number clearly displayed on the box and ensures there has been no damage or tampering, BIOAXXIS will issue the replacement or repaired unit within 10 business days.

If DEALER’s customer cannot wait for a product to be replaced, BIOAXXIS can ship a replacement product sooner. Options are as follows…

1.       BIOAXXIS will require a customer Credit Card number as collateral that the defective product will be returned. If BIOAXXIS has not received the Returned Merchandise within 10 business days of sending the replacement, we will charge the Credit Card for the full MSRP value of the product as listed in Exhibit B.

2.       DEALER can elect to directly replace the customer’s lock from their own inventory and BIOAXXIS will credit DEALER’s account the appropriate wholesale value once we have received the Returned Merchandise from customer and verified warranty replacement was in fact appropriate.

If a defective product claim is falsified by a DEALER or their customer and the product is indeed non-defective as determined by BIOAXXIS, then the rules for non-defective products will apply. Any damage caused by users - intentional or accidental - voids the Warranty and voids any claim to replacement or refund without paying a full replacement charge. See above.

BIOAXXIS will not accept any product return for any reason without a BIOAXXIS-issued RMA Number.
